All oob Conference 2007 sales are final. Should an attendee decide to
cancel their participation in the conference, a substitute on behalf of the
registered attendee is welcome at no extra charge. Please provide the name
and contact info of the substitute attendee before 9 September 2007.
In the event that this event cannot be held on the scheduled date due to
reasons beyond the organiser’s control, this event will be postponed to a
later date and at such time and place to be advised. Since the postponement
is due to reasons beyond the organiser’s control, no refund of registration
fees will be given. If you are not able to attend on the new date for the
event, you may send a replacement.
Organisers will not be responsible for any loss of property or valuables. We
live in extreme times and might need to employ unfortunate methods to
increase the level of security. Consequentially, the organisers reserve the
right to frisk any attendee at the entrance for security reasons.

Cheque / DD: Specific instructions will be provided to you once you
complete the registration process. Account Payee, Cheque / DD needs to be
drawn in favour of: "CYBERMEDIA EVENTS" with your mailing address, payable in Bangalore.
Cheque / DD must be couriered and received within a week of your
registration date; otherwise your registration will stand to be cancelled.
